Common Questions

Orders can be returned via the following link subject to our returns policy.


Online orders can also be returned in-store.

It will take up to 3-5 working days from the date we receive your parcel. When processed, you will receive either:

- A shipping notification for your new items, including tracking.

- A refund notification from the payment provider used during your original purchase.

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. During busy sale periods, there may be a delay in processing your order due to an increase in order volumes.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Victorian Public Holidays.

Tracking numbers are emailed once your order has been dispatched – if you did not receive a tracking number, you may have entered in your email address incorrectly. In this case, you can contact us for shipping updates/tracking information here.

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address or ordered an incorrect item, please Contact Us within 60 minutes of submitting your order. You must tell us your Order Number, and the specific changes you require.

We will always do our best to help, but it depends on the status of your order. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

Login to your account and click on My Details or Update Password, enter the correct details and click Update.

All parcels dispatched require a signature upon delivery. However, if you are unable to sign for your parcel, Australia Post gives you the option to grant authority to leave the parcel in a safe area (this is actioned by Australia Post, and not Freelance Shoes – Please note that we are not responsible for lost parcels).
