- We are happy to exchange goods or issue a credit note that can be used in any of our stores as long as it's done within 2 weeks of purchase.
- All exchanges require a receipt.
- Returned mechandise must be unworn and in it's original box.
- Any faulty shoes must be inspected by the supplier before a refund is given. This would normally take up to 5 working days.
- By providing your contact details (email and mobile), you are agreeing on us sending you promotional messages via email or SMS. Please click here for our privacy policy details.
- It is not our resposibility if you purchase the wrong size and you wear the shoes outside the store. i.e. if the shoes stretch or are still tight after wearing.
- Please make sure you will be available in the provided home or work address to sign for the goods delivered.
